| Well I finally got around to taking some pictures of my new TT. It's a 1995 Cobalt Green with about 110K miles. Unfortunately the previous owner wasn't the most dedicated person on taking care of the paint and other things. picture 1

picture 4 And before someone says it, jspec tails will be put on just right now at the moment i'm trying to spend my money on maintenance as a few things have apparently been neglected. The knock sensor throws intermitten code 34's and I tried the bypass trick and it fixed that, although I don't plan on it being in there for more than a day or so. I will eventually pull the motor to upgrade turbos and I think that will be the most opportune time unless my mechanic thinks he can get to it when he drops the tranny for the test pipes. Although right now when the boost gets above 12psi though i feel like its missing a bit so I'm currently trying to track down that problem. I don't think its detonating as I've always used premium 93 although I think I might stop by Shermin Williams and pick up a gallon of toluene to rule out that possibility. Let me know what you think. The paint isn't in the best shape and I've already started saving some money to have a new paint job done. Anyone know if its hard to get the cobalt paint?
